Chosen as the "Best Architect of Southern Ocean County" by the Times Beacon Newspapers, Michael Pagnotta Architects, P.C., provides architectural services for residential and commercial projects. By building many of our own projects, we have gained much practical experience, which subsequently makes our design drawings "more buildable".

Our traditional architecture reflects "shingle style" design that has been popular along the coast for over a century. Using natural materials, interesting forms and roof scapes, these homes never go out of style and mature very well. We have also been very successful in meeting the growing demand from our clients to build with newer, low-maintenance materials. To the examples.....

Many of our clients seek clean, crisp lines of contemporary design. Our contemporary homes tend to be very organic, yet streamlined with crisp clean forms. No applied ornament here! Our homes emphasize functional floorplans and clean easy living. Open airy interiors with lots of glass that maximizes views.

Our exteriors are much like that of a crustacean - tough "shell-like" roofs that shield against the harsh coastal environment. External forms utilize dynamic forms and sculptural massing .We design our homes to be interesting & exciting in a way that complements the environment. To the examples .....

With land prices spiraling, many clients would prefer to add-on-to or renovate their existing homes. We have been very successful in working with existing conditions. As a Design-Build firm, our construction expertise and knowledge of construction costs allow us to give reliable assessments regarding the viability of proposed improvements. To the examples .....
