Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction, provides architectural services for residential and commercial projects. 	Pagnotta architects specialize in Waterfront/CAFRA design & construction. We are knowledgeable of local zoning regulations and New Jersey's CAFRA (Coastal Area Facility Review Act) regulations and how they impact the design of custom residential design. We implement low-maintenance materials that perform well in the harsh coastal environment of New Jersey. Our StormWatch^TM Construction System begins with the current construction regulations and adds many features to increase a property's chances of suffering less damage in future storms.
