So, what has been happening lately....... Well we've been busy building and designing many homes and winning awards.

• Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction proudly presents, TallShips at Stafford   . . .   Gracious 4 & 5 bedroom estate homes just 5 minutes from Barnegat Bay and L.B.I priced from the low $200's to the $300's

• We're featured in the August issue of Remodeling magazine on page 62. The story, "Ocean View", was done by Jill Tunick, Senior Editor.

• We won a 1998 Innovation in Construction Award from Building & Remodeling News!

• We've been chosen the "Best Architect"and "Best Builder" in Southern Ocean County by the Times-Beacon Newspaper for 1998! This is our third year in a row for the "Best Builder" award!

• 1997 Pacesetter Award Winner!
  The Design-Build firm of Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction has been recognized by Custom Home Magazine for achievement in the business of Custom Homebuilding.

  Our firm is one of fifteen custom home builders chosen from across the country and featured in the November issue of Custom Home Magazine.
