Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction Wins Custom Home Pacesetter Award

The Design-Build form of Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction has been recognized by Custom Home Magazine for achievement in the business of Custom Homebuilding, in the Third Annual Pacesetter Awards. The Custom Home Pacesetter Award was established by Custom Home Magazine to server two purposes: first to promote high standards of service and integrity in the Custom Home industry, and secondly to share the best ideas of successful custom builders with the rest of the industry.

The Pagnotta firm is one of fifteen custom builders chosen from across the country and featured in the November issue of Custom Home Magazine. The firms were honored during the Custom Home conference co-sponsored by Custom Home Magazine and The National Association of Home Builders held in Orlando, Florida on November 16,1997. Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction has designed and built more than 60 custom homes over the last eight years in Burlington and Ocean counties (New Jersey). The Design-Build firm is responsible for both the architectural design and actual construction of their homes.

There is a growing demand for truly custom homes, as explained to over 600 custom builders during the Custom Home conference. Home buyers of the Baby Boom generation have reached a level of financial maturity that enables them to design and build the new home or addition of their choosing, complete with all customized features, unique to each buyer.
