Nautilus Custom Construction llc is our in-house construction company. We are essentially the same personnel moving seemlessly from design through construction. The following projects are currently under construction and have been designed by Michael Pagnotta Architects.

Custom Beach Haven bayfront home

After four months of construction we have the siding and drywall nearly complete.

At five months we have drywall hung, and first coat of paint.

Custom kitchen being delivered at this bayfront home that is designed and built by Michael Pagnotta Architects and Nautilus Construction .

We are exploring options for the trim that will define the two story tray ceiling.

Construction almost complete after 6 months.
