Background
From its inception in 1990, the firm of Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction has provided high-quality design in satisfying the needs of its ever-growing clientele. Though we are categorized as a small firm, we have substantial experience with a wide range of projects and types.

Because the majority of our work is in the private sector, we rely on satisfaction of our clients for the referrals and repeat business that keep us occupied. Our strengths lie in our ability to creatively and effectively satisfy the client's program, with respect to function, aesthetics and budget.

Our staff is licensed in Architecture and Planning. Our personnel are chosen form various areas of New Jersey, providing the firm wiht their diversified experience.

Our office are located at 382 Ninth Street, Ship Bottom, New Jersey. Though we have clients throughout the state, the majority of our work is located in Ocean County and Burlington County. In fact, we've been voted "The Best Architectural Firm in Southern Ocean County" by the Beach Haven Times.

The Philosophy
Michael Pagnotta Architecture + Construction is comprised of energetic, creative individuals who work well together. We rely on a team approach in the design and development of our product. Our size allows for the easy exchange of ideas among team members. This fluid interaction benefits the members of our firm as well as the clients who receive the product of our combined efforts.

Since much of our work is located in and around the Pinelands and local waterways, our design approach has always been site-responsive and environmentally responsive. Establishing a healthy relationship between the built environment and its natural surroundings has always been a priority in the creation of our designs. Consequently, we have had a great deal of experience and success in working with the Pinelands Commission.
