Do you handle both the architectural design and the construction?

Yes! We are a true Architect led Design/ Build firm. We are a one stop shop for your new home design. From the initial meeting to the end of the construction process we will be there every step of the way to make sure your project is completed to the highest standards. Unlike the design-bid-build process of many other builders, we have both Architects and construction managers on staff. We streamline communication to and from the feild daily allowing us to get your project done in a timely manner and also make changes on the fly during construction!

Within the floors and walls our structural system integrates engineered lumber and code surpassing stainless steel fasteners to keep your investment safe in the harsh coastal environment. On the exterior, we take advantage of low- maintenance materials that are well-suited for both the all-year resident and the budget-conscience landlord. Vinyl clad Andersen windows, Certainteed cedar impressions, cultured stone, solid PVC trim, and vinyl guard rails are chosen for their beauty and ability to resist the harsh coastal environment of the Jersey Shore.
